Privacy Policy

UpTime Prizes is an Android alarm clock application that wakes you with original Big Band Swing music. This policy describes what information the app collects, how it is used, and what it does not do.

What the app collects

UpTime Prizes stores your alarm settings, journey progress, and starred songs locally on your device. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any server operated by UpTime Prizes.

The app uses Google Firebase, which may collect anonymous crash reports and usage diagnostics to help identify technical issues. This data is processed by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. No personally identifiable information is included in these reports.

The app uses Google Play Billing to process in-app purchases. Payment information is handled entirely by Google and is never seen or stored by UpTime Prizes. Purchase records are maintained by Google Play in accordance with Google's terms.

What the app does not do

UpTime Prizes does not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal identifier. The app does not send marketing emails. The app does not push notifications asking you to return. The app does not track your behavior for advertisers. The app does not share any data with third-party advertising networks.

Permissions

Alarms and reminders — required to schedule your morning alarm at the exact time you set.

Notifications — used to display the alarm and, in the event that exact alarm permission is unavailable, to notify you so it can be restored.

Internet access — used to download audio content via Play Asset Delivery after installation, and to process in-app purchases through Google Play.

Receive boot completed — used to re-register your alarm after the device restarts, so your morning schedule is not lost.

Children

UpTime Prizes is not directed at children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy is updated, the effective date at the top of this page will change. Continued use of the app after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
