Delete Your Data

UpTime Prizes does not maintain its own user accounts or store personal information on servers we control. The limited data the app generates is processed by Google services (Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Analytics, and Google Play Billing) on our behalf. You can request deletion of that data using any of the options below.

What data the app generates

• Crash logs — stack traces and device diagnostics sent to Firebase Crashlytics when the app crashes. Used only to diagnose and fix bugs.
• App interactions — anonymized usage events sent to Firebase Analytics. Used only to improve the app.
• Purchase history — in-app purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. UpTime Prizes never sees your payment information.

UpTime Prizes does not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, messages, photos, location, microphone audio, or advertising ID.

How to request data deletion

Option 1: Email us

Send an email to contact@uptimeprizes.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” Please include the approximate date you installed the app and the device model so we can identify the relevant Firebase records. We will action your request within 30 days and confirm completion by reply.

Option 2: Clear data directly from your device

Open your device Settings → Apps → UpTime Prizes → Storage & cache → Clear storage. This removes all local app data, including any cached analytics events that have not yet been uploaded.

Option 3: Reset the Firebase Installation ID

To stop further analytics from being associated with your current device instance, uninstall and reinstall the app. A new anonymous installation ID will be generated and previous identifiers will no longer be linked to your device.

Option 4: Manage purchases through Google Play

Purchase history is held by Google, not by UpTime Prizes. To request deletion of purchase records, visit your Google Account Data & Privacy page or contact Google Play Support.

What will be deleted

Upon a valid deletion request we will, within 30 days:

• Delete the Firebase Crashlytics records associated with your installation ID.
• Delete the Firebase Analytics user data associated with your installation ID.
• Confirm by email that the deletion has been completed.

Records that we are required to retain for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes may be retained by Google Play in accordance with their own retention policies.
